(a) These terms and conditions of sale (along with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Website Use, and Cookie Policy) apply to all orders placed and purchases made on this website, regardless of how you access it. Please read them carefully before ordering any products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and the other documents referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not place an order.

- OUR PRODUCTS

While we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the product’s color.
- USE OF OUR WEBSITE
(a) While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our authorized agents, please ask for any variations from these terms to be confirmed in writing.
(b) You may only purchase products from our website if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

- HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US, AND HOW TO PAY
(a) Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. Please carefully read and check your order before submitting it.
(b) To place an order, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Add the desired product to the shopping bag.
- Step 2: Proceed to checkout.
- Step 3: Sign in to your account (for existing customers) or provide contact, billing, and delivery details (for new customers).
- Step 4: Select “Proceed to Payment.”
By clicking "Place my Order," you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
(c) All credit/debit card transactions on our website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, which cannot be accessed by us.
(d) After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
(e) The contract between you and us is formed once we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched ("Shipping Confirmation").
(f) If we are unable to supply a product (e.g., due to stock shortages, price errors, or description inaccuracies), we will notify you via email and refund any payments you’ve made as soon as possible.
(g) We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
- OUR RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES
(a) Minor changes: We may amend these terms from time to time to reflect changes in business, technology, payment methods, or legal requirements. These changes will not affect your use of the product.
(b) Significant changes: If we make more substantial changes that affect your rights, we will notify you in advance. You may choose to cancel the contract before the changes take effect, in which case you will receive a refund for any products not yet received.
- OUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT
(a) We may end the contract if you break it (e.g., failing to pay when due).
(b) You must compensate us if you break the contract. If we terminate the contract due to your breach, we will refund any payments made in advance but may deduct reasonable compensation for any costs we incur.
(c) We may withdraw products. We will notify you in advance and refund any sums paid for products that will no longer be provided.
- DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS AND YOUR RIGHTS TO TERMINATE
(a) If you receive a faulty, broken, or incorrectly described product, you may request a replacement or refund, provided the product is returned unused. Return the item to:

(b) You also have the right to terminate the contract under certain conditions, such as price errors or significant delays in delivery.
- PRODUCT LIABILITY
(a) Usage of our products is the responsibility of the user. We are not liable for negligent use, including but not limited to burning candles for longer than five hours, damages caused by extended candle burning, spillages, or improper storage.
- REFUNDS
(a) If you end the contract after products have been dispatched or received, you must return them to us.
(b) You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or something we did wrong.
(c) Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
(d) We recommend using registered post or a courier service to ensure the safe return of products.
(e) Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
(f) If you return products that were accompanied by a gift, you must return both the product and the gift.
- DELIVERY
(a) Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected. Complimentary standard delivery applies to UK orders over £30. Orders under £30 are subject to a £9.90 shipping fee.
(b) Delivery is completed when we deliver the products to the address you provided.
- INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
(a) We may not be able to deliver certain products to some international locations due to customs restrictions (e.g., perfumes and diffusers).
(b) You will be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes for international deliveries.
- PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES
(a) Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
(b) Delivery charges are quoted at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- DISCOUNT AND PROMOTION CODES
