We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, and according to regulations, your item must be "in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging." You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted and the item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us right away if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If so, we will provide you with a return shipping label free of charge.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like personalized items or special orders), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

This means discovery sets cannot be returned, as they are consumable beauty products. Once the box has been opened, we cannot accept returns.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
