The legacy page states that Mon Mélange offers a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, with tags and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Customers were instructed to contact sales@monmelange.com before sending any return. The return address shown on the original site was Eden Walk Shopping Centre, 28 Kingston Upon Thames KT1 1BJ, London UK.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Mon Mélange stated that a return shipping label and return instructions would be provided.
The original policy asked customers to inspect orders immediately upon arrival and contact the brand right away if an item was faulty, damaged or if the wrong product was received.
The imported content listed several exclusions, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases.
It also specifically stated that discovery sets could not be returned once opened, and that sale items and gift cards were non-returnable.
The legacy page explained that the fastest way to obtain another item was to return the original item once approved and then place a separate new order.
Once a return was received and inspected, Mon Mélange would notify the customer whether the refund had been approved. If approved, the refund would be made to the original payment method. The original text notes that banks and card issuers may need additional processing time.
